Another great video. I have a love/hate relationship with Chemical Guys. Love their Hex Logic pads and their Honeydew snow foam. Hate their V-line product. The V-34 while it will remove defects it will haze and is a heavy duster. Their 36-38 are ok but I have other polishes that are better. I also got their Torq X 8mm polisher. It’s not powerful enough for me so I changed the backing plate from a 5” to a 4” plate and only use it for smaller ares...oh and I too rarely use the orange Hex pad...too aggressive. I use the white and black Hex pads all the time along with my Lake Country one. If you give a thumbs up to the 15mm Torq polisher I may consider it. I like the switch on all the time and the push button control controls.

The CG V line was my first ever attempt at polishing. I fully intended to do a 2 step correction using my underpowered Harbor Freight polisher and CG V 36. To make a long story short I did not like the polish because of the dusting, it got everywhere, I gagged as I polished and basically I removed it using a 50/50 91 % IPA. I never got to use the V38. It was not that bad, it did correct most of the swirls and minor scratches, the dust though, never ever for me. But hey, I learned and I still use CG products, except their polishes.

@@MirandaDetailing Hello dear Phil. I received today my SPTA order. ( Rupes like line) . I ordered 25-30 pieces total because i change them often during polishing). ( We have avaliability problems with bug brands for months in my country). 5inch version. White soft finish polish par seems on , decent velcro and performance. The yellow one ( i can tell the difference with the older rupes yellow except the maybe better black velcro of spta now) i liked it decent pad. Teh rex waxing is great for just waxing!!. I received by my mistake on the order the coarse blue, OMG how much harsh par it is!! I scared to use it!!! If it get hot it softens a but very very stiff!!! ( I dont have the green one). I still think that my orange LC hdo/sdo/force pads are maybe better quality, and noone of those spta i have now ( blue, yellow, white) is not same striffness like oranges.

From what I have seen by most of detailers in USA, yes. They all put compounds, polish, soaps, waxes in a place that is above 60 degrees but also that must be within the back label of the product so it gives you a better idea. In Puerto Rico we don't have to deal with that. Hope this works good for you.👋👍🇵🇷
