Back in the 1970s my mate Steve painted hundreds of cars and he always warmed his paint up in a water bath. He had some tip top results.

What compressor are you using. That gun is almost not worth getting out of the draw. You would seriously be better off using cans for priming. Its just as important to get a good few flat coats of primer down as your base coat. You will need as much material laid down as you can to flatten back and not burn through.

It's stanely 1.5 so there's a good chance it's not powerful enough sadly but yeah that's not a bad shout if I can't get success out of the paints in the gun I like the idea of aerosol can. Some people are saying roller and tipping brush but I'm worried about to getting an even finish but thanks for the advice hope your enjoying the channel :)

Stumbled across this vid today while battling through a mental day at the office and watching you made me more stressed than I already was. ;-) I jest of course. If you do get into the thought process of can't be bothered with masking etc you'll be disappointed down the line with the finished result. Believe me, put as much graft in with early prep as you can. You'll be thankful of the pay off rather than regretting skipping important steps. Roll on primer isn't a bad thing if it allows you to lay down some good material to block off. Keep on trucking. @@krismann9101

When painting by brush it's so important to use the correct brush , I've recently finished restoring a vintage truck and painted it with enamel paint using Purdy brushes and paint supplied by Craftmaster paints with excellent results.. John Barnard does some very informative youtube videos on painting enamel paints..
