Aunte Paula making a Belauan staple called Billum. Ingredients are tapioca roots grated and then mixed with coconut milk. You then wrap the mixture into coconut leave and boil for 4 to 6 hours...not 2 hours. I misunderstood my Aunte Sera when she actually said 4 hours.
