1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
2 Green Chillies, the hot variety
2 Green Chillies, non-spicy (for bulk)
1" Ginger
6-8 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Lime, just the juice
2 pieces of boneless Chicken Breasts, approx. 250 grams each piece
Salt & Pepper
2 teaspoons Oil for marination
Oil for frying
For the glaze:
1 teaspoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons chopped Garlic
