Caught a 150 lbs Grouper off the coast of Exmouth WA one day. Too three hours to get him up.

Made this tonight and my family really enjoyed it. I do have a question. I infused the oil with the fennel seeds, was I supposed to take the seeds out? In the video your zucchini pieces didn't look like they had seeds stuck to them. I wasn't sure how to get them out of the hot oil.

Thank you so much!! I happened to have grouper, zuchinni, and spinach in my fridge when I watched your video. All of it was outstanding. I never would have thought of fennel seeds with zuchinni or fish!

Grope-her? 😂 is that how they say it in the UK? Oh no. Group-er I know they aren't native to your shores so you can't claim this incorrect pronunciation 😂

What a beautiful fish! Here in the french part of Mediterranea we can't hunt them anymore since it's a restricted species, there is not enough of them left unfortunately...

If you can't find a groper, visit a train during rush hour. Look for the uncomfortable looking woman standing up and the guy behind her is a definite catch.

I've heard the name, but can't say that I've ever seen the fish, looks good enough to look out for though. Like the fennel infused oil idea, haven't know what to do with courgettes ( like the vegetable) other than with a tomato sauce, like the idea with the garlic spinach too, so winner winner all round. Keep meaning to tell you we tried the idea with the baking powder to crisp up the chicken skin, bally marvellous idea that on. Thank You Huw.

I hate it, when the pan gets too hot, because I wanna heat it up already, because I'm thinking I'll be ready in 5 seconds. And then those 5 seconds become 5 minutes 😂
