Ingredients:
2 pork ribeye chops - 1 inch thick ( pork chops may take less or more time to cook depending on thickness)
Seasoning:
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 cup Chicken broth
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
Olive oil
Butter
Directions:
Set out Pork chops till room Temp
Pat dry the Pork chops
Season the Pork chops with Salt, Paprika, Cumin, Onion and Garlic powder
Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet on Medium- Medium high heat
Pan sear pork chops 4 minutes per side or until internal temp. Reads 145 F
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes
before serving
Gravy:
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in pan
Put 1 tsp minced garlic
Cook for 30 seconds
Whisk in 2 Tbsp of Flour
Cook for about 1-2 minutes
Slowly whisk in 1 cup of chicken broth ensuring no lumps present.
Cook until the gravy thickens up
Plate Serve & Enjoy!!
