RECIPE:
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 medium sized salmon fillets
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp Dry Rub green seasoning
1 Tsp dried Dill
1/2 Tsp salt
Cream sauce Ingredients:
2 Tbsp oil
2 Garlic glove sliced
2 Tsp Dry Rub green seasoning or any fish seasoning.
Salt to taste
2 Sprig thyme
1 Cup light cooking cream
Instructions:
Measure and prepare all the ingredients first to be organized.
Wash and pat dry the salmon fillets
Make the buttermilk
Add 3 Tbsp milk
1 Tsp vinegar in a bowl
Mix to combine
Then add the dry rub green seasoning, salt and dill
Mix to combine
Add the fillets, Coat evenly
Allow the fillets to marinate for 4 hours .
When ready to cook them heat the oil in a skillet over a medium high heat
Add the fillets allow them to cook for 5 minutes per side
Or depending on the size of fish fillets
Flip to cook on the other side for another five minutes
When ready transfer it to a serving dish.
In the same heated skillet add the garlic allow the garlic to caramelized a little
Then add the other ingredients
Allow the sauce to cook for a few minutes
Served with the salmon
And lemon slices.
