Spot on with the flavor profile. I do it a little different but the same exact ingredients. I like a ribeye with olive oil and salt/pepper/rosemary and go 7 minutes each side over direct flame. Then I'll tent it with foil and garlic butter. So good. Same profile just a little different technique. Add some brussel sprouts or baby broccoli. Mmmmmm.

I've never tried the coffee, but I know a lot of people who swear by it
