Like always I will give anyone a big thumbs up if they're cooking video is short, concise, and to the point. I can't stand these videos on KZitem that should be 4 - 6 minutes long but they are like 17 or 25 minutes long with a whole bunch of fluff in between. Love it when they get to point because I'm and impatient!

You're welcome! Keep up the good work. Especially now. I'm done ordering take out for at least the next month so trying to make do with what I have along with my limited knowledge. Do you have a good video for Pork Chops? I've never made them before but I have a six pack of them in my freezer.

I wish I could go to ncc for classes with the knowledgable chef in the videos but im in tx. These videos are so helpful and have been instrumental in improving my technique with cooking vegetables and seasoning. I made the dish today with my own twist of broth as a liquid and it was excellent.

Does adding the butter to the vegetable water, to make the sauce, the reason you don't have to use clarified butter? The last time I made roasted asparagus with lemon and butter, the butter started congealing as the dish cooled. I'm going to make this tonight. Thanks!

I just used this recipe for lunch and I have to say the dressing comes out too liquidity. It doesn’t stick to the asparagus; it slides off leaving a sort of soup on the bottom of the dish. I do like the pan-steaming method however. I will be using that instead of the microwave from now on.

Yes you can. Add any flavoring you want. Make sure you cook the garlic a bit so you don’t have a raw garlic flavor
