Each of these recipes is very easy to make and delicious. Such pancakes are a great way to sneak tasty vegetables and additional vitamins into a meal.
Zucchini pancakes:
Ingredients:
500 g zucchini
1 teaspoon of salt
1 small onion
100 g semolina
2 eggs
1 clove of grated garlic
a small handful of chopped dill

Broad bean pancakes:
INGREDIENTS:
APPROXIMATELY 1 KG OF UNSHELLED BROAD BEANS OR 300 G OF SHELLED BEANS.
A FEW SPRINGS OF CHIVES
A FEW MINT LEAVES
1 EGG
GRATED PEEL FROM ONE LEMON
A LITTLE BIT OF FRIED BACON FOR SPRINKLE ON THE PANCAKES. (YOU CAN OMIT IT)

125 G WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP SODA

CAYENNE OR BLACK PEPPER

Carrot pancakes:
INGREDIENTS:
350 g wheat flour
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
200 ml milk
300 ml buttermilk or kefir
150 g grated apple
150 g grated carrot
powdered sugar for sprinkling the pancakes
a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon sugar

Potato pancakes:
INGREDIENTS:
4 large potatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 tablespoon of cream
salt and pepper to taste
