PANCIT MACAO
Oil for sautéing
350g - Beef thin slice
3 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 tbsp - Sugar
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tsp - Five spice powder
Black pepper
(set aside)
Oil for sauteing
1 pc - Onion
6 cloves - Garlic
2 pcs - Chorizo de Macau, sliced
200g - Shrimp
4 cups - Chicken or beef stock
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
250g - Good Life Egg Noodles
1 pc - Carrots
½ cup - Snow peas
½ pc - Napa cabbage
3 tbsp - Good Life Sesame Oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 cup - Beef stock (leftover)
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Corn starch
1tsp - Black Pepper
1tsp - Good Life Sesame Oil
Garnish:
Onion leeks
