The overall speed in OpenPnP is set at 80%, and the average speed including nozzle switching and deceleration of some components is about 700 CPH. Without the use of advanced vision functions in OpenPnP, Pandaplacer-A1's bottom camera provides support for package sizes from 0402 up to LQFP-176.
The electrolytic capacitor and inductor use a generic threshold, which is less stable and requires specialize for the packages later.
BambooFeeder-AS1 feeders work stable most of the time after fine tuning, not perfect (two 12mm feeders are not adjusted that well), but still much better than the strip feeders that require frequent manual loading. The goal of AS1 feeder is to replace as much strip feeder as possible using a low-cost approach ($3-$5 per feeder, and will be opensource), for components that are used in smaller quantities, you can also use auto-feeding without hesitation. When the 16mm and 24mm AS1 feeers are completed, it will be possible to reduce the strip feeder's occupation of the effective PCB area.
