Pandesal or Filipino bread rolls are very popular in the Philippines. It is soft, fluffy and slightly sweet. Perfect for breakfast paired with a cup of coffee.
This recipe is very simple to make and no kneading is required.
RECIPE:
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
4 1/2 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
4 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
*grease hands with oil / non- stick spray when shaping the dough ( dough will be very sticky)
* breadcrumbs for rolling the dough
