Hi, Everyone. Pandesal is all time favorite of mostly Filipinos. I grew up eating this and we usually wake up early in the morning to go to the bakery so we can buy this. If you buy later in the morning, the chances to get pandesal is 0 percent. If you can make it home, it is better especially if you live abroad like me.
Ingredients:
.1 cup warm milk (250ml)
.1/4 cup sugar (50g)
.1 sachet dry yeast (7 g)
.3 1/4 cups all purpose flour (405g) + 2 tablespoons for sprinkling
.1 tsp salt (5g)
.1 egg
.1/4 cup softened butter (55g)
.1-2 tbsps neutral oil to grease (I used sunflower)
.Breadcrumbs
Bake in pre heated 150 Cesius middle rack oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep in mind that the temperature of every oven is different.
Serve with butter
