These two were going at it throughout the whole interview. I respect that Sacca was unwavering in his viewpoints and refused to have stories and facts told inaccurately, but damn he never let up on the interviewer after that. Down to the last second when he cuts her off and thanks the audience. Just a tense interview, but passionate which is great.

Gr8, entertaining, funny and insightful chat that is just worthy every minute. Sacca has an uncanny way of making a dent into this world, and most of it, is assertive & brillant. Sara is a terrific interviewer, the like of Charlie Rose, plus a knack that is definitely her own fabric. I was blown away to stumble uppon her book 'Brillant,Crazy,Cocky: how the top 1% of Enterpreneurs profit from Global chaos'. Watched almost all her Pando Monthly episodes and loved it.

Dear Pando Team, This may be the best interview that you've ever conducted. Chris tells a great story and Sarah asked really good questions. Well done.

I learned a lot from this video, but I have one thing to point out. Chris talks about needing regulation, but repeatedly mentions areas where there is either too much regulation or corrupt regulation. Am I the only one that noticed that?

This is how to do an interview; throw two people who know each other together so they just chat Most interviewers are scared to ask hard questions so they are boring to watch

The answer is not that jobs are being lessened.. it's that the jobs have fucking changed, and people haven't fully changed with it yet. There is more opportunity than ever right now stemming from such a fast growing change, called the internet. We are no longer in a workforce society, no matter how much people may be used to that and like that, and how many schools prepare kids that way, we are now in an entrepreneur and developer society. Create your own shit, code shit, be a part of a startup and shit. Then If you got what it takes, go raise money on angellist. goddamit. and stop complaining and start innovating, start changing with the world around you... that's that answer to the "jobs" fear bullshit.

There is no such thing as "Salvadorian." It is 'Salvadoran.' More importantly, did she have to point out the nationality of her janitorial crew? It is not funny. Nor is it informative. All that it does is perpetuate the stereotype of Central Americans not being suited for any other work than picking up after people.
