Ingredients: veal cutlets, milk, 2-eggs, Italian bread crumbs, vegetable oil, & salt
Description: heat oil on med-low fire, in bowl, mix milk & eggs, soak cutlets in milk egg mixture. in separate bowl, add Italian bread crumbs, toss cutlets in bread crumbs to coat well. when oil is heated, add cutlets to pan to fry. Don’t overcrowd. Once edges are browning, turn to cook on other side approximately 2 minutes. Remove and set aside and sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
