PANEER BREAD PAKODA RECIPE
We have made these delicious Paneer Bread Pakoda using @Aashirvaad Besan. Aashirvaad Besan available only in Delhi NCR.
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 5pc
Saunf: 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds: 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
Besan: 2 cups
Salt to taste
Ajwain: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Oil
Cumin: 1 tsp
Green Chilli: 2pc
Ginger, Garlic: 1 tsp each
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
Amchur: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi: 1/2 tsp
Handful Coriander Leaves
Imli Chutney, Mint Chutney
Paneer
Recipe:
1. Masala: Crush together saunf, coriander seeds, chilli flakes and black pepper.
2. Batter: To a bowl, add besan, salt, ajwain, turmeric powder and mix well. Add water and form a smooth consistency batter.
3. Take a pan, add oil, cumin, green chilli, ginger, garlic and the prepared masala. Saute. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder and chaat masala.
4. Then add the boiled potatoes. Mix well while mashing to form the potato filling. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and black salt.
5. Now take slices of bread. Apply imli chutney on one side, add the potato filling, a slice of paneer, some garam masala, apply mint chutney on the other bread slice and close it.
6. Dip it in the besan batter (add a pinch of baking soda at the end) and fry in oil medium flame. Take them out, cut into pieces and flash fry them in hot oil on high flame. Serve and enjoy!
