Recipe : Paneer Pasanda
Ingredients: 200 grams Paneer,
water,
Matar besan / gram flour,
coriander leaves,
tomato 1,
Poppy seeds,
salt,
sugar,
green chillies,
chaat masala,
Black pepper powder,
Refined oil
Process : Add salt into lukewarm water. Soak the paneer in lukewarm water for half an hour.
Now prepared green chutney for stuffing.
Paste coriander leaves, poppy seeds, tomato, green chillies,salt to taste and sugar.
Add chaat masala into it.
Green chutney is ready.
After half an hour.
Cut the paneer and make a pocket in it.
Fill the pocket with green chutney.
Sprinkle Black pepper powder above the stuffed paneer.
Now take 5 tablespoon gram flour.
Add small amount of water and salt into it.
Prepared the batter.
Dip the paneer into the batter and fry it
Paneer Pasanda is ready.
Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
Now serve Paneer Pasanda with green chutney.
