Serves : 6-7 peoples
Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) : 1 cup (150 gms approx)
- Wheat Flour : 1 cup (150 gms approx)
- Salt : 1 tsp (approx, overall usage)
- Vegetable Oil : 1 cup approx (overall usage)
- Water : 100-120 ml (for kneading dough)
- Garlic and Ginger : 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Red Capsicum : 1 no. (optional, finely sliced)
- Green Capsicum : 1 no. (finely sliced)
- Onion : 1 no. (finely sliced)
- Black Pepper Powder : 1/6 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce : 1 tbsp
- Vinegar : 1 tbsp
- Tomato Chili Sauce : 1 tbsp (or to taste)
- Schezwan Sauce : 1.5 tbsp (or to taste)
- Cottage Cheese (Paneer) : 200 gms (sliced in small cube shape)
