INGREDIENTS:-
200gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)cut into dice And saute
1 large onion cut into dice (pyaaz)
4 large onion Chopped finely (Pyaaz)
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste (Adarakh Lasun pisa hua)
1tbsp Poppyseed grinded (Khaskhas)
1 cup fresh Curd whipped (Dahi feta)
1tbsp besan optional
2tbsp cream(Malai)
2 tbsp Butter(Makkhan)
1tbsp Dry fenugreek leaf(kasuri methi)
hand full of Chopped coriander leaf (DhaniyapataGreen)
DRY MASALA:-
1tbsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya)
1tsp cumin powder (jeera)
1/2tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2tsp Black pepper (kalimirch)
1tbsp Kashmir redchilli powder (Lal mirch)
1tsp fennel powder (Saunf )
1tsp red chilli powder spicy (Lal mirch tikha)
1tsp mixed spices powder (Garam masala )
FOR TEMPERING:-
1tsp cumin seed (jeera)
1inch cinnamon (Dalcini)
2 Clove (laung)
2thread javitri (Maize)
1Small pice stone flower (chadila)
1 Black Cardamom (Badi Elichi)
PREPARATION:-
1) Take pan pour oil
2tbsp oil
1tbsp Butter once it melts put all tempering whole masala.
2) Once it splutter then put chopped Onion cook till it become brown add besan to thicken the gravy (besan is optional to mix)
3)Then put Ginger garlic paste and Poppyseed paste saute till oil separates.
4) Now add all dry Masala with little water saute Put salt now mix till oil separates.
5)Add Curd and cook till it become dry add hot water as per requirement then add kasuri methi and coriander leaves chopped cook for some time.
6) Now put fried Paneer and sauted diced onion mix well and serve with Roti Naan Rumali roti Tandoori roti rice.
