Where is the investigative journalism? Journalists should visit these venues during peak times to record noise pollution and observe tenant behavior. As blacks we need to start elevating our thinking. It is not about race it is about culture. Unfortunately we are yet to be honest about our kind of lifestyle culture. I moved out of a predominantly black neighbour because of noise and seeked an area that is predominantly white and have peace. We become easily offended becaue it is a hard fact but we need to talk about predominantly black cultures that have been there for years due to psychological trauma of townhsips. Where most blacks are littering, noise, parties, playing your music as if for your neighbours. There issues are deep rooted. We need to start talking about such because some of our lifestyles behaviours are backwards.
