*Pani Puri Recipe:*
Here I am using air Fryer to prepare puris.
Ingredients:
- Puris (small, hollow, crispy shells)
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Boiled chickpeas
- Chopped onions
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Mint-coriander water (Pani)
- Chaat masala
- Black salt
Steps:
1. Make a hole in the top of each puri.
2. Stuff them with mashed potatoes, chickpeas, and onions.
3. Add a pinch of chaat masala and black salt to each puri.
4. Pour mint-coriander water into the puris.
5. Top with lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
6. Serve immediately.
*Sukha Puri Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- Puris (small, hollow, crispy shells)
- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Chopped onions
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Mint-coriander chutney
- Chaat masala
Steps:
1. Make a hole in the top of each puri.
2. Stuff them with mashed potatoes and onions.
3. Add a pinch of chaat masala to each puri.
4. Drizzle with lemon juice and mint-coriander chutney.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala and top with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Garnish with sev and serve immediately.
