Panipuri/ golgappa/ Puchka Recipe
Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of best homemade pani puri. Panipuri / Golgappa / puchka is a popular street food of India, Nepal and many parts of the world where crisp fried hollow round dough balls (puri) are stuffed with potatoes, sprouts and dipped in spicy tangy water (pani) made from tamarind, chhat masala, chili, black salt etc., or sweet chutney. There is a bursts of so many tastes and flavors in your mouth when you eat pani puri that you just cannot stop by eating one panipuri.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For making the dough
Semolina (suji) 200 gm
2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
1 tbsp wheat flour (atta)
1 tbsp cooking oil
Water as necessary
For making Green Chutney
2 handful fresh coriander leaves
1 handful mint leaves
3 green chili
Garlic & ginger
Lemon juice
½ tsp black salt powder
1 tsp salt
For making spicy green panipuri water
Water 500 ml
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
½ tsp black salt powder
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
For making sour tamarind pani puri water
Water 500 ml
5 tbsp tamarind pulp
½ tsp black salt powder
1 tsp Chili powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
For making Potatoes stuffing for the puris
7 medium sized boiled potatoes
Half cup boiled chickpeas/peas
3 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped green chili
1 tbsp coriander leaves
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp black salt powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp green chutney
Crushed chili flakes if necessary
