Fantastic job. Congratulations. Remember to check it regularly for fatigue cracks especially anywhere there are rectangles rather than arcs - as it is your own design there's no safety records or design records you can read up on so you have to be extra careful! Nice looking paramotor!

Thank you so much for the suggestion. Normally I do clean my motor quite often and also check all parts include frame. :D
Your work ethic and many hours of dedication is admirable. We will never meet but you have my respect.

My friend if you dont change the starting method sooner or later something bad is gonna happen to your hand, or even worse to you. Do not ignore the safety rules, always start your motor when its in your back ready to fly with the wing attached to it, also a pair of gloves is a good idea for bad situations. Nice built but too heavy, your next project should be with centrifugal movement of the prop to avoid prop accidents and use aluminum and stay at 25kg weight or less.

One reason that I did not put electric start and battery on my motor is the weight and maintenance for starting system. If I have a chance for next one, I will consider your recommended. Thank you very much.

Excellent! You'll need to monitor all TIG welds and structural fitting, essentially everything, for signs of fatigue before and after operation, followed by the appropriate modifications. I would insulate the fuel line and use appropriate metal tubing. Again, Good job. What do you think about using a 4 stroke instead of a 2 stroke; i.e. Honda engine? Would be a lot quieter but heavier.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will check it. For 4T engine, There are 2 points. weight and maintenance. This motor ready to fly weight (this cage is stainless steel) is 29 kg without petrol. I quite happy with this and try to 27 kg for the next one if possible. For 4T may plus 1-2 kg on this and also inside 4T have a lot of part to check and tuning. Just my idea.

Stainless steel? Wow. I thought you were using aircraft grade aluminum tubing, etc.

use what size pulley .... and the ratio of how .... thanks
Actually I made my motor follow many people in Thailand. 125cc it is possible to make a paramotor but it depends on many factors, such as ready to flight weight, thrust, how strong of frame. I can not tell you that this can make or can not.
