Teenagers may go through low self-esteem from time to time, if your teen is open to it, consider attending family therapy sessions together. Sometimes professional help may be needed. Going to a therapist doesn't mean you have failed as a parent but it means you are ready to do whatever it takes to make your child happy and turn her into a confident young adult.
