INGREDIENTS:
1kg Beef Kamto
2kg Beef Tendon
2bulb Garlic
3pcs Onion
30g Ginger
2pc Cinnamon Sticks
5-6pcs Star anise
30g Brown Sugar
35ml Soy Sauce
Slurry (Cornstarch + Water)
Sliced Green Onions for garnish
Enough water to cover the meat
*Simmer it for 3-4 hours or until the tendon is tender
