Silly question. I’m pretty new to running and feel like there is nothing better in the world than a good run. As a pro runner who’s been doing this for so long, do you have that similar appreciation? Or does it kinda feel more like going to work? Has it changed depending on your goals? Appreciate the videos!

Some days it feels like work, but most days it feels like a dream. Sometimes it's hard to get out the door, but I never regret it by the end of the run. Yes, running has become my career and livelihood, but it will always be my outlet and source of endorphins. A well thought out goal can help bring motivation, but ultimately if you can't find joy in the process, the goal will feel hollow once reached.

This series is so dang good. The story, length of each episode, music, coloring - it's setting a new bar. After the 3rd episode I thought the only thing that could make it better is to get more of a glimpse into Clayton's family life. Then his girls come to practice and start saying, "I love you" and "You're strong" 😭

I really liked this first video I have ever watched on your channel. The track work was great. The long run out of Park City was pretty cool. The weight room is a vast improvement over the one that we had 40 years ago in the SFH! Oh, and the food that your wife gave you after the track workout looked great. Only one criticism and that is that Ed should wear a helmet when he's on the bike.

I get the feeling you run a lot of mileage in the Metaspeed Sky. If you were to guess about your next hundred or thousand miles, about what percentage would be in which shoes?
@_Clayton_Young_
3 ай бұрын
Let's say I run 100 to 120 miles a week, about 12 to 15 of those miles are in the Metaspeed Sky for workouts. Another 65 miles is in the Novablast or Nimbus, and usually 20 to 25 miles are in the Superblast for my long runs.
