Maybe use chain oil and tension the chain properly 😅. It’s an absolute beast to use.

Thats a awesome little chainsaw, keep the chain tight n lubed, I've cut a 30/40ft birch and pine tree down no problem, obviously it jumps a bit but it got the job done in seconds👍🏼well worth it.

Thank you for posting this. How do you find the vibrations in the handles compared to other 2-stroke tools? Parkerbrand haven't put any detailed specs for this power unit online, and vibrations are usually the achilles heel of cheap petrol tools (I have their blower and it's very, very heavy on vibrations, but weirdly their top handle saw isn't).

The chainsaw just needs a decent chain on it. The chains that comes with the cheaper brands are useless. I purchased a battery chainsaw and it was horrible until I put a better chain on it . I also have the Parker Brand multi strimmer and they're brilliant.

Hey thanks for comment to be honest vibrations are not that bad but what I think is a bit annoying is the harness. If u over 6ft even on biggest setting feels a bit small 😬😁

Anyone know if the main section of this needs/uses a gearbox oil? The manual isn't that clear, I've looked all over for a gearbox filler cap, around the housing, below the carb etc but found nothing. Like with my two stroke motorcycle, I'm familiar with adding 2 stroke oil to the petrol, there is also a gearbox oil filler plug on that, admittedly that does have a 6 speed box. I'm wondering if this tool doesn't actually have many cogs withing that housing so no gearbox oil is needed??
