This super easy homemade bread recipe was designed for anyone to make. From beginners to the most experienced.
In this video we also make a POOLISH (Pre-yeast that adds flavor to the bread) and give a super cool tip on how to get a crispy crust. Parmesan and parsley, together with the flavor of well-made fermentation make this bread delicious. POOLISH brings the taste closer to that of a natural bread made with Levain, so we opted for pre-fermentation. It is worth checking.
Ingredients:
POOLISH - 3g Fresh Yeast / 100g Flour Type1 / 100ml Water
Type 1 Wheat Flour (Common) - 300g
Water - 150ml
POOLISH - According to the recipe above
Parmesan cheese - 150g grated on the large part of the grater
Parsley - 15g
Salt - 8g
