They know what the birds do. Bird Removed in a million years of evolutionary instinct, ticks and other insects of other animals. Crows etc. nature is always taking care of itself and life. If not life wouldn’t exist. It seems brutal but it’s a way of order. And is not that brutal at all just the best reason will form the Most surviving symphony. And cats and birbs don’t mind if they counterpart for good reason and work together. Since they are not so self aware as we are they have it easy with the instincts there is no selfish or evil in them. They just follow the order of reason and if bigger birds can clean cats when it’s a good melody the cat and birb follow the plausible reason. And play such a dangerous looking song. But it’s harmony. There you go harm in the word harmony.

Thats how parrots show affection though. It would be the equivalent of you giving a hug to your mom
@justmy-profilename
3 жыл бұрын
@@screechingtoad2683 No, that's not true, african greys show affection very differently, most telling sign is that its feathers are flat on and not angled up in a relaxed way. Typically african greys pet each other very gently through touching their heads at each other, and taking care of each other's feathers (Many bird species act that way). They act similarly with humans or other pets when they have a social bond with them and seek or show affection. But they are also playful up to almost silly actions, and they can be quite dominant when they want to sort out social ranks or assert a higher rank. And they often combine silly playing with sorting out who is dominant, with the benefit that it's less harmful than actual physical violence. They do that in nature, where they live in large flocks, but also as pets with other household members, no matter if human or any kind of pet. And this african grey and the cat must have known each others boundaries very well, as the parrot acts cautious but without much fear, and the cat tolerates quite a lot of bullying in its face (its soft spot), but gently pushes the bird away once it overstressed its privileges. Both could hurt each other really painfully, grey parrots can use their claws and beak as very harmful and painful weapons, and obviously the cat's claws and teeth can be employed very similarly. I wouldn't rule out that these two also show affection for each other at times, but that requires a different kind of trust than just knowing where the other's red lines are, which was demonstrated in the video.
