So glad i came across your page. I took my last clomid sunday (took it for 5days) and started testing that day to see results go up or down but they been low lh so started to get worried (today is cd11) I have always had a high surge, before clomid so was wondering what was going on. Gives me hope that i should hit my peak on 15 or 16 like you. Fingers crossed Praying for you baby dust your way

I’m so excited for you!! Yes I was very anxious and nervous about not seeing my surge. I would normally see mine anywhere from cd12-14. Then the past few months I didn’t even get a positive test. It’s been so disheartening. Finally got my positive test with the clomid. Best feeling ever!! Please keep me updated!!♥️🙏♥️

Hey, I finally got to watch I’m so excited for you. That was awesome! And I’ve been meaning to tell you in the ovulation videos from earlier this summer that you were getting your peak. It just wasn’t super intense and you didn’t catch the most intense part of the hormone I don’t think. There have been times where you’ve gotten a .7 something and the lines were matching and I had a feeling that it would’ve been positive with a clear blue if you had taken a digital with that same urine. Anyway from my own experience, I want to say, that you definitely got your peak with the Clearblue digital on cycle day 15 because as soon as you reach 40 MIU, the test will turn positive. So your peak started on cycle day 15. And that’s why the purple digital locks in the static smiley face for 48 hours because they anticipate you ovulating anywhere from as early as 12 hours all the way out to 48 hours. The easy at home lines were matching but it was only the .72 or something like that. The next day on cycle day 16 your hormone only grew more intense, which made the easy at home go even darker to the point of the dye Steeler, that we all like to see. But that doesn’t mean that that was the start of your peak. If people are only using the line tests like easy at home they will think that that is their peak when it actually started the day before and that’s why I love the digital tests so much. If you have ample sperm and plenty of tries at home, this really doesn’t matter much and you are still going to have success by trying as many times as you can with your partner. If you want to make your easy at home pre-mom app more accurate you can swipe to the left on your cycle day 15 strip test and change the .7 reading to peak that way it will change your DPO‘s to coordinate with your Clearblue digital by calling cycle day 17 1 DPO. Did you notice any cramping on cycle day 16? Or did you have any cramping on cycle day 17? If you had cramping on cycle day 16 then I would definitely change the app to say that cycle day 17 is 1DPO. Either way I’m super excited for you. That was so much fun to watch. I’m so happy that you had such a nice dark test and I can’t wait to see your pregnancy testing video!🙏🤞🥰♥️

I knew you would give me a great answer lol So I told my dr my peak readings were very low(.7, .8) the past several months and she said it’s bc my eggs weren’t maturing. And hence the clomid. I don’t think there was any time for me to miss the most intense reading bc I test way more often now than I ever used to when I would get the 1.5, 1.4 readings. I do understand completely what you’re saying though. Anyway, i didn’t think I got a positive on the EAH until the morning of CD16 but I guess that’s still close enough. I just like to be so exact with my ovulation day bc I have to tell my doctor and also I’m a worry wart lol. I can’t tell most months because I cramp for days during my fertile period and can never tell exactly when I ovulate. I’m so jealous every time I hear anyone talk about ovulation pain. I wish I could tell when I ovulated. But you’re right, as long as me and my husband are intimate plenty during the window all this stuff shouldn’t matter. And we are so I just gotta stop worrying. Easier said then done right🤣 Thank you Andrea! You have a wealth of knowledge I so appreciate ♥️

So exciting! I always used both the clearblue digital and the EAH when my husband and I were trying, and they did not always end up matching results exactly. One thing I will say is it could be the quality of photo the app picks up when it determines your ratio. I would trust your eyes and the matching of the lines over the number your app gives you, and the digital reading over anything. Sometimes if I redid the photo or changed the lighting when I took the picture in particular I would get a totally different ratio. One thing to be careful of! Also, you can keep the digital holders as it will reset with a new stick after the 48 hours (rather than throw away), you just don’t have to keep it if a new holder comes in your box each time. But they do sell just the sticks in larger quantity boxes.

Great advice for the EAH thank you so much!! And I did not know that about the digital holder?!?! I thought it was useless after. This is great news and may save some money bc I did get the box with 20 sticks. Thanks so much♥️♥️

Omg!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 I’m so happy about the peak but I agree what a ball of confusion I would say keep track of both ov days and just keep in mind of your ovulation around testing time… I’m going through the same thing!!! I started a new vitamin myo instol with D Chiro and vitex blend to help regulate my cycle and they did push my ov date out by a few days usually I peak around cycle day 11-12 this time I didn’t peak until cycle day 14 so my apps 1 says ov day cycle day 15 the other says cycle day 16 is ov day!!!!! Either way yay to ovulation and getting pregnant!!!!! Baby dust too you love!!!! ❤❤❤❤

Oh Ryan I help women every day with opks and tracking their surges so I hope I can explain this to you.... the purple holder digital picks up a surge a little earlier then the easy@home but it's also important not to trust the first solid smiley and to keep testing which I'm happy to see you did on the easy@home. Also if you had of had a spare wand when you seen that 1.32 peak on easy@home you could have dipped a digital and your blank wand would have gone straight to a solid and when ejected you would have seen the test line darker then the control line. Trust the peak on your easy@home. That was your peak. Your ovulation day was the following day after easy@home peak. Cd16 is peak... cd17 ovulation day...cd18 1dpo. It's hard to explain via here. I'm so happy for you this cycle ❤

@@ryanmichelle yes absolutely it would have been super dark !!! I will be looking forward to you 9dpo test. I'm a firm believer if ovulation was tracked correctly which we know for sure the timeframe this cycle that a faint positive is seen smu 9dpo. ( first response though) so definitely by 10dpo on easy@home hcg. So how much longer do we have to wait??? Lol

Yay!!! I have used both of these ovulation kits, and what I would say is the photo app used to give a reading for the easy at home isn’t AS accurate as the clearblue. Visually, the ovulation tests from easy at home look the same between the two days. I’d trust the clearblue data the most! The clearblue also gives you two peak days (48hrs) and the easy at home fit that time frame. 😊

I’m praying this is the cycle for you to conceive!! ❤️ I went to nursing school for 4 years and in my anatomy class I remember my teacher saying that when you ovulate your period comes exactly 14 days after it. Online sources say 10-14 days though. But your cycle length can vary each month. My cycle length is around 38 days so that would put my ovulation day around day 24. So it really depends on your own cycle and is not the same for every woman. I’ve also seen some ladies have a small increase in LH before they actually ovulate. It shows on an ovulation test as darker than normal but not a positive. It can be confusing!! LH tests can also detect other hormones. So different brands may be more sensitive to other hormones rising and falling too. Have you tried taking your temperature every morning? That can give you an idea of when you ovulate as well.
