2:09 This is such a beautiful feint before the right cross. This is what Roy Jones is about. Everyone's all over him about his speed but Roy is a master at changing timing as well. Normally, in such situation, especially after left hook, you'd expect a right cross to come immediately after Roy dips. But Roy gives it a slight delay so that the opponent will try to evade it, and the moment your evasion finishes is exactly the moment your are vulnerable. That's when Roy strikes. Roy utilize so many different feinting that makes it really hard for the opponent to see Roy's timing. Brilliant.

'' no body shot?'' why/?
@dssolo
6 жыл бұрын
semih koksal because when you work to the body it is easier to make an opponent give you away an opening to his head. When you are asked to work to the body or to the head only, your combos should be much faster and more clever to get through defence. Plus body shots tend to make you open more, so you also learn to work to the head from being very closed. It is just a way to train , an exercise. Of course, when you spar you can throw whatever fits best, free.
