You’re very welcome! I’m glad the video helped you submit your Videx form successfully. Now that you’ve downloaded your form, the next step is to schedule your VFS appointment if you haven’t done so already. Make sure to prepare all the necessary documents for the appointment, including your passport, proof of financial means, proof of accommodation, travel insurance, and any other relevant certificates like your degree etc. You should also review your documents thoroughly to ensure everything is in order for the interview.

I needed 2 additional information, 1) The fulltime/regular degree confirmation is required from College or from University? 2) Is the confirmation required via Attested letter/bonafied or just a simple mail from the University/college will do? Kindly do reply as i have my interview scheduled in next week
@TravelCuddlers23
5 күн бұрын
1. The full-time/regular degree confirmation needs to come from your college. 2. The confirmation must be provided via an attested letter-a simple email will not be sufficient. The letter should be on the official college letterhead, signed, and stamped by the appropriate authority.

How long before should I open blocked account? Thank you so much dear apu...best wishes for you...
@TravelCuddlers23

It’s generally recommended to open your blocked account about 3 to 4 weeks before your visa appointment. This will give you enough time to transfer funds and receive the required confirmation to show at your visa interview. Make sure you have this proof ready by the time you attend your appointment, as it’s one of the key documents.

You are really awesome! Thank you once again... my masters degree is accepted by german but hon's degree is not accepted...is it accepted to apply only masters degree or should I have to evaluate my hon's degree? Please and TIA
@TravelCuddlers23
26 күн бұрын
Thank you so much! If your master’s degree is accepted by the German authorities and is listed in the Anabin database as H+, you should be fine to apply using just your master’s degree. There’s no strict requirement to evaluate your honors degree if your highest qualification is already recognized. However, if you feel your honors degree adds significant value to your profile, or if you want to keep it on hand for additional purposes (like future job applications), you can still get it evaluated, but it’s not a must for the Opportunity Card visa. Good luck with your application!

@TravelCuddlers23
Күн бұрын
If you’re referring to the Videx form, you can fill in "NA" for fields like Reference person details if they don't apply to you. For the surname field, you can either leave it blank or write "NA" if you don’t have a surname mentioned on your passport. Feel free to reach out if you need more guidance and book our Topmate sessions or the full package at "bit.ly/4edopMp".

Some systems may require at least one name in both the first and last name fields, in that case you can repeat your first name in the surname field. This ensures that your form is accepted without issues and convey the same at the time of your Visa Interview. This isn't a blocker, and they will fix it on spot. So don't worry about that.

Is it neccessary to show attended interview details for LOM? How can I attend interviews from India? Can we just LinkedIn openings? Is it fine?
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
It’s not mandatory to show attended interview details for the Letter of Motivation (LOM), but it can certainly strengthen your application if you have proof of job search efforts. Many applicants include details of interviews or communications with potential employers to demonstrate serious intent. If you’re applying from India, attending interviews remotely is a valid option. You can mention your efforts in reaching out to potential employers, including applying for relevant roles through LinkedIn and other job portals. In your LOM, it’s important to convey that you’re actively pursuing job opportunities in Germany and have the required skills for the roles you’re targeting, but attending interviews is not strictly necessary if you have strong evidence of your job search.

Can you explain what other formalities should be done for spouse who's coming along , like do they also need to submit the documents for verification , the proof funds, etc.
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
If your spouse wishes to travel to Germany with you from the start, they will need to apply for their own Opportunity Card separately. This involves demonstrating sufficient funds in their own bank account and going through the same application process as you. Each application is processed individually, so both of you must meet the visa requirements independently. In addition to proof of funds, your spouse will also need to submit all required documents for verification, just as you did. This typically includes valid identification, proof of qualifications, health insurance, and any other relevant paperwork required by the visa authorities. Make sure to follow the same steps to ensure both applications are complete and accurate.

Hello madam how much exact money of demand draft need to made
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
As of now, the exact amount for the demand draft is €75, which is ₹6,800. If you’re applying in New Delhi, both demand drafts and cash are acceptable. However, at all other locations, only a demand draft of the exact amount is required-no more, no less. It’s important to ensure that your demand draft is precise to avoid any issues during the application process.

Hey, Based on the information you’ve shared, it seems like you are in a good position to be eligible for the Opportunity Card. The two years of work experience combined with your bachelor’s degree and vocational training could work in your favor, especially since you’ve also earned points in the points-based system. However, for the Opportunity Card, the key is whether your bachelor’s degree is recognized. If your degree is listed in the Anabin database as H+ or equivalent, you should be eligible under Category 1 (for degree holders). If it’s an external or distance learning degree, it will depend on whether that format is recognized in the Anabin system. I recommend verifying your degree’s status on Anabin to ensure recognition. Additionally, your A1 German certificate will help you score points, but I would suggest aiming for at least B2 in IELTS for English proficiency, and C1 would be even better to further strengthen your profile. Keep in mind that vocational training may add further credibility if it’s recognized in Germany. You’re on the right track-just a bit more preparation could make your application even stronger!

Hi, Even if we mentioned that we will travel with spouse and parents, is it mandatory they should come along or we can call them later as well once we have job, and how their passports will be stamped for visa
@TravelCuddlers23

If your spouse wishes to travel to Germany with you from the start, they will also need to apply for their own Opportunity Card separately. This means they must demonstrate sufficient funds in their own bank account and follow the same application process as you. Each application is handled individually, so both of you need to meet the requirements independently. Regarding your parents and spouse, if they do not have their own Opportunity Card, they can only join you in Germany later as dependents. However, for this to happen, you would need to first secure a job, convert your visa to a Blue Card, and meet all the additional requirements. Only then can you apply for a dependent visa on their behalf, which will allow them to join you in Germany. This approach allows you to bring your family to Germany later, once you have established yourself and fulfilled the necessary visa conditions.

How much time do you get between getting the chancekarte and landing in Germany.
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
Once your visa interview is completed, it may take around a couple of months to receive your passport with the valid visa stamped. After that, the visa will be valid for either 6 months or 1 year, depending on the option you chose. The visa's start date will align with the estimated arrival date you mentioned in your VIDEX form, along with the start dates of your health insurance and accommodation. From that start date, you can travel to Germany at any time while your visa remains valid. Ensure all your arrangements are in place before your visa begins.

@TravelCuddlers23 is birth certificate a mandatory document for chancenkarte visa or can other documents like PAN card or Aadhar card suffice? Thanks
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
The birth certificate is a mandatory document for the Chancenkarte visa. While Aadhaar card is also required, it cannot replace the birth certificate. Additionally, both documents should be in English or German. If your birth certificate is in a regional language, you will need to get it translated into English or German by a certified translator.

If I am showing/providing the bank statement so in my account there should be 12 lakh and it should be 3 months old fund ,I am confused with this could you please help
@TravelCuddlers23
Ай бұрын
If you’re providing a bank statement as proof of funds, it’s important that the required amount, such as 12 lakh, is already in your account and has been there for at least three months. This shows financial stability and ensures that the funds are not a recent loan or deposit, which could raise concerns during the visa application process. For the Opportunity Card Visa, having consistent funds in your account over a period of time is crucial. If your account suddenly receives a large sum of money, it may trigger suspicion and could lead to additional scrutiny or even a visa rejection. Therefore, ensure that the funds are stable and traceable to avoid any issues with your application. It’s advisable to maintain transparency in your financial documentation and be prepared to explain the source of funds if asked by the authorities.

A birth certificate is mandatory for the Opportunity Card Visa. It must be either in English or translated into German if it’s in a regional language. Unfortunately, documents like the Aadhaar card, 10th pass certificate, or marksheet are not sufficient as proof of personal status in place of a birth certificate.

I have watched all 3 parts videos, but you were unable to explain the timeline , Like which thing or which form to fill first, Like first VFS portal registration or Videx ? Could you tell us the exact timeline and order of forms to fill. Thanks in advance !!
@TravelCuddlers23
6 күн бұрын
Thank you for watching all the videos! We’ve created each part in sequence to help with better understanding, but the waiting timeline isn’t fixed, as it can vary for each individual. You’ll need to fill out the VFS portal registration first and after that the Videx form and all other documents must be ready and submitted together at the time of your visa interview. The key is to ensure that all documents are complete and ready by your interview date since they will ask for everything at once.
