Part 7 for the first time I didn't cry but did still expect to see her in my car when I got in. The car is a very big trigger for me and so is places where she slept int the house.
I put other items in the places where she used to sleep. Each time i come into the house I see her sots... then i get to thinking about her and really really missing her...
I moved a rocking chair into one of her spots and then put some bags and items in the other spot... now when i see those spots my brain registers those spots as the new items thats there and not that its the spot where my girl slept. I promise this has made things much much easier.
