I haven't seen the Port Adelaide Railway Museum for a few years - time to go back. I'm from the Tea and Sugar era and hope that they still have a good display of it (though I think I saw the white butchers car there). Many thanks for rekindling the memories :)

From the looks of this they have a rail museum twice the size of the Nsw rail Heritage museum at Thilmere NSW.

Also the Steam Ranger at Victor Harbour has a magnificent engine as well.Well worth the ride on the train.

I have absolutely no idea why anybody would bother going to Hahndorf. It's just a congested little tourist hole with overpriced coffee shops and Chinese trinkets.
