Paruppu Podi is an aromatic, flavourful, protein packed and ready-to-eat powder with hot steamed rice. It is so simple to prepare with the readily available ingredients in our kitchen. Roasting those proportions of lentils and spices as indicated in the video, provides the fresh aroma & flavours, and can be maintained by storing in an airtight container for about a month!
