For Moor
Raw Rice(பச்சரிசி) - 3 tsp
Toor dhal (துவரம் பருப்பு) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds(சீரகம்) - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds (கொத்தமல்லி விதைகள்) - ½ tsp
Coconut(தேங்காய்) - ¼ cup
Green chillies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 2 nos
Garlic(பூண்டு) - 3 nos
Curd(தயிர்) - 1 cup
Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) - ½ tsp
For Dumplings
Toor dhal (துவரம் பருப்பு) - 1 cup
Channa dhal (கடலை பருப்பு) - ¾ cup
Dry red chilli (மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
Spring onion (வெங்காயத்தாள்) - 2 tbsp
Salt (உப்பு) - As per taste
Onion (வெங்காயம்) - 1 nos
Tempering
Dry red chilli(மிளகாய்) - 2 nos
Mustard seeds(கடுகு) - ½ tsp
Ginger(இஞ்சி) - ½ tsp
Garlic(பூண்டு) - ¼ tsp
Urd dhal(உளுந்து) - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves(கறிவேப்பிலை) - 7 nos
Asafoetida(பெருங்காயம்) - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) - few
Cooking oil (சமையல் எண்ணெய்) - 1 tbsp
