A poet once observed that when a baby is born, its fists are tightly clenched, mirroring the natural greed of the world. Yet, when that same person dies, their hands lie open, as if to reveal that they have departed this world with nothing. Remember, we enter this world crying while everyone around us rejoices. But when we die, those around us will weep while we will rejoice, having departed as a believer who lived a life of good deeds insha’Allah.

SubhaanAllah, Jazakumullah Khair brother Herbert for another profound comment. Barakallahufeekum. I pray that Allah allows us to rectify ourselves before we depart from this world, forgives our sins, accepts our deeds and grants us jannahtul firdous.
