1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1 spring onion, finely chopped
Water-oil based dough:
200g all-purpose flour
100ml lukewarm water
50g lard
Shortening dough:
150g all-purpose flour
75g lard
Bake at 180C for 12 minutes, turn over, bake for another 12 minutes
