I listen to this very set every day during running. This helps me embrace like nothing else. Every run feels not like a tedious exercise (i am a lazy person), but rather like an epic adventure, where i just can not stop, because stakes are too high. This helped me enforce the habit. I don't think i could manage to enforce it into habit without these beautiful symphony.Kamil is king of composing. Especially in the beginning of habit formation, when every step is literally pain, and I didn't even close the half of the 10km+ route, fighting the desire to stop feels more of a challenge than fighting Kitava in magic items on ssf hc. but Avarius theme or Kitava theme kicks in and gives me alertness and then I know I HAVE to win this battle with myself. I remember i used to start crying during running because of pain and fatique literally during e. g. ruined square theme and others, but then men chant HUSS HUSS (or something), i fix my posture and embrace and feel like a Roman legioner or something 😂 DOMINUS TONUS CORPUS! 🦵🗣️🧠🤴🏃♂️

The brain is not a thinking organ but an organ for survival like claws and fangs. Anyone willing to risk keeping all thoughts logically coherent to their completion should have phenomenal, almost pathological, constitution. Such people tend to end their life on an chair - electric one or academic one.
