Hi Shana , I got perfect pathiri . Just followed all your tips. I have been making pathiri for the last 25 to 30 years. But not a single time have i got this much perfect one. Thankyou very much. I have tried other dishes of your's. Hats off to you. You are a perfect chef.

Hi, Shana. Sorry for a very late comment. I've been following your recipes for the past 4/5 yrs, it came out soooo well every time. Amazingly perfect pathiris I got by following yr tips. Everytime my family and friends praise me for the perfect pathiri, I used to thank you inside, but I never expressed and acknowledged it to you. Your video is the only one I found in KZitem/Pinterest as so dedicated and in detail for a perfect Pathiri! This recipe never fails! ഇത്ര clear ആയി, perfect ആയി, detailed ആയി, വേറെ ഒരു പത്തിരി recipe ഞാന് കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. വെളളത്തിന്റെ അളവ് മാത്രം ഞാൻ കുറച്ച് മാറ്റും, കാരണം ഇവിടെ കിട്ടുന്ന പൊടി വേറെ ആണ്, കുറച്ച് കൂടുതൽ വെള്ളം വേണം. ബാക്കി ഒക്കെ same ആണ് ഞാൻ follow ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഷാനാ അടിപൊളിയായി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് കേട്ടോ . പിന്നെ ചുടുമ്പം പത്തിരി ഇട്ട് അത്രേം നേരം കിടന്നിട്ട് മറിക്കാതെ ഇട്ട് ഉടനെ അരികിലൂടെ ആവിവരാൻ തുടങ്ങുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ മറിച്ചിട്, എന്നിട്ട് അവിടെ ചെറിയ ചെറിയ കുമിളകൾ വരുമ്പോൾ ഒന്നുടെ മറിച്ചിട്ട് കൊടുത്താൽ കളർ മാറാതെ കിട്ടും. ഒന്നു Try ചെയ്ത് നോക്കണേ

I tried your pathiri recepi tonight for dinner....and guess what shana.. they were the most amazing pathiri I have ever made in my life...i cud not believe my eyes when I saw them puffing up!! it's only becoz I followed every instruction u gave..its fool proof recepi. thanks a ton for this.. god bless u

Being a north indian who eats roti paratha almost everyday. I never thought it can be made from rice flour too. They look delicious and the best part is they all are puffed like wheat rotis. It was so satisfying to watch them puffing. I would love to eat but it’s too much work for me lol 😂

Bismillah Assalamu alaikum! Here, in our area, I mean in Ambur, Vellore District (Tamilnadu) in almost all Muslims house it common dish for Morning Breakfast with Kheema curry. In Vaniyambadi, Pernambut & Melvisharam also this is common. Here we call it Fashtiyan (فاشتیاں). Once when I was working in The Nilgiris, a friend in Gudalure invited us their home, for a dinner. There, they served this dish. I told them it is Fashtiyan, then they informed us that they call it Pathiri. They told it is a special dish in Kerala! -Amin, Ambur

Hi I used to prepare nice pathiri by using pressing machine past 20 years.. but it was not so good. I thing your tips will definitely helful to me to prepare tremendous pathiries.
