Asiany Asians along with " Tolu and associates" from his stand-up special are among the best all time Patrice quotes that pop up in my mind from time to time. I love the way Patrice speaks on the crazy things all races (including blacks) do without being racist. Even after his own death he is mentoring men from all over the world.

A lot of it is the language barrier. Learning English for an Asian is like being a baby again, there is no crossover with English at all, so older Asians struggle to learn English, they would t seem as dumb if they could speak in there own language

Yeah, but I found him weirdly 'standable' in this compilation. It's like he accepted being the straight guy, and was happy to take a bit of a backseat when Patrice was around, whereas when it was just Ant and Jim riffing, he felt the need to try and compete, and torpedo whichever bit he felt excluded from.

We were at McDonald’s one time and we ordered like $50 worth of food and when we asked for ketchup they gave us like 4 or 5 packets. My dad got PISSED. He didn’t yell but he raised his voice and said “hey, I just made a $50 order I need more ketchup than that” and the older employee gave us more and she had to look at the younger one that gave us only a few like “it’s ok” 🙄
@briantrowbridge8134
Жыл бұрын
Got mad at a young person that probably was making minimum wage over ketchup. You know that your dad could have just been like "haha sorry sir/miss, my family loves ketchup, think I could get like a big handful more?" The older person looked at the younger worker with the "it's ok" look, because when you work in service, you are gonna run into people like your father, and mine, who can't control their emotions. Just a bunch of big babies that get upset over nothing, then can't calm down until they sufficiently ruin someone elses day. Why would you post this comment? Id be so embarrassed if i ever did something like this. I worked at safeway for years, and i used to put people like your dad in their place, because my company spread this stupid lie that the customer was always right, but I was too good at my job for them to even try to punish me. "I work here, I stock these shelves, if you argue with me, then no, you are wrong." Im so glad I dont work service anymore, because some of yall are actual cancer.
