I came to Asia when I was in the USA navy back in the early 1980’s..and I was 21 years old…when I got back to america I was really sad for a few days..lol…I vowed then to come back some day…so I started working really hard and saved a boat load of money..,for 40 years.. lol….yes the bar girls are just there for the money.. if your on holiday most men know this… but if you want to live here there are nice ladies too….I’m now 64 and retired here for the last year… met a wonderful lady..’ a little younger than me working in the hospital…she’s not a beauty queen.. she’s just a hard working lady who’s a wonderful person…near my age…and the only lady I have had a relationship with since coming to Thailand… so I’m very happy retired in Thailand…

Everything that you said in the first minutes of this video is true. Life changing for sure. Never felt more alive than when in Thailand last year. Two times, one month each trip. I don't drink so my trip is way less expensive than others. The woman are from another world. Happy, traditional and fun. I am 68, plan on going twice a year for at least a month each trip. Do not see myself going anywhere else until I die. Nothing can compare to the cost, the food, the people, massages, the beaches and of course the beautiful woman. After being in Thailand I don't even consider the women here in California to be women anymore. A bunch of overweight, angry, unhappy, feminists. I don't think I have ever come across a happy feminist, come to think of it.

Acually I think Thai women are much more progressive than western ones. They are above feminism. Thai's use their feminity to control men, while western ones throw their most effective weapon out of the window and then wonder/complain why they can't win. So Thai's are way smarter in how to deal with men. I've seen so many times in Thailand, how men literally throw their money on them.

I spent this past summer (first time) in Pattaya for 2 months. I did travel to the Philippines but wanted to get back to Thailand asap. This video sums it up perfectly. Pattaya is like a drug and once you have taken it, it is all you think about. This is my opinion as well as many mates that I met while in Pattaya. I am back in the US and YES I have purchased my return ticket for Dec/Jan. It's not just about the girls. Its the culture where people care about each other, they don't act like lunatics like in the US and you can have connections with so many people that are smiling and happy if you are smiling and happy. It was an experience that absolutely changed my life. It took me about 3 weeks to get over leaving Thailand once I arrived back in the US but I am more focused now than ever before. There is no other place I'd rather be. I'll spend the next 2-1/2 years visiting 2x per year and my intent is to move permanently over there. It has the qualities that the West has given up. By the way, I traveled alone and had the most amazing time in my entire life. This video was spot on.

Pattaya radically changed my life and my views. Yes, I'm addicted. My fifth stay since September 2022, the money saved from the C19 time has now been “invested” sensibly (for me). In addition to the many exciting one-off encounters, I also found 3 really good ladyfriends. Money always plays a role, but this also applies in other/Western cultures in one way or another. Fun fact - a Lb does not consider himself gay and is only interested in "straight" men.

My first trip to Pattaya at 23 was both eye-opening and mostly regrettable coming here to young. I wish I had visited at a more mature age of at least 28-30. Not letting people know where in Thailand you go might seem harsch for the initiated. But I remember back in 2013 when I went on my first and only trip to Thailand. I chose Khao Lak, I quiet village in the south west. I deliberately stayed away from Phuket and Pattaya since I'd heard negative things about it. Child prostitution included. Fast forward 10 years and I was on a date with a Swedish girl here in Sweden. I told her about going to Thailand alone in 2013. I instantly felt her suspicion, even though I told her about how Khao Lak differs from the party cities in Thailand. There is a real risk of being judged as many have an idea of what can go on in Thailand. The 2013-me included.

Great advice as always but hard to follow. Some girls love bomb so intensely you are bowled over and it’s hard not to fall for it. There is great pleasure in the fantasy of love and not just lust-your ego thrives on it. Visiting pattaya certainly changed my life and I’m in love with a gogo girl who I stay with every time I come. So far she has only asked for help once in 6 months when work is quiet. We chat every day and she sends photos which sustains me at home where I would be depressed until I visit again. I’m waiting for a serious request for support and wondering what will happen when I say I need the money to visit and can’t give more! I don’t tell anyone where I’m going and have to hide everything from my daughters.

Good vid Daz just how I would say it. Normal girls in Thailand have ripped my mates off just as much as bar girls. A lot off them work free lance as well. Same but different. 😂😂😂

PTD (Post Thailand Depression) is a fact. I have been 8x and I am finally moving there. Stay a butterfly #1 piece of advice. I tell people where I am going, if they can’t understand that I like seeing girls half my age, that is their problem!!! Food, weather, people, women, affordability, you can not beat. There is no argument against. And to all the idiots scared of lady boys, you can ask for id 90% are not trying to trick you. Have a great day keep up the great work.

I concur with your comments Daz, my first foray to Thailand was Patong Beach in Phuket about 20 years ago but after discovering Pattaya I'll never be going back to Phuket. I love the Thai people and put their relaxed attitude down to the Buddhist religion. Cant wait to come back next year, love living through your vlogs.

Phucket is known as the jewel in the Crown of Asia for best Beaches but weather you choose Pattaya or Phucket you have to take into account very Humid weather Torrential Rain Strong Sun as you have never Experienced as it’s on the Equator smelly Drains Toilets that don’t flush Water not adequate for Drinking still after all this it’s fine for Holiday as I have been many times but don’t consider Living

I lived and worked all over Asia and when i worked up in Laem Chabang in my mid 30's I would pop down when i had time off but i was still married to a japanese girl and it was just a fun night out with my mates so i learned all the tricks bar girls play to snare guys. I always had non bar scene girlfriends since i been single, indonesian, Pinay, Thai and Burmese as i seen what bar girls addiction does to guys when i worked nearby. As i roll towards retirement in the next 5 years I have wondered about where to settle but i decided that i would move around rent for a couple of months then move to another country. I had some great fun in Patts but i dont think i could live there long term. im going to try a couple of months down in Chumphon next summer and if it gets too quiet i can always jump on the train up the coast to Hua Hin and even take the Ferry over to Patts. I love Asian culture and foods and of course the girls but i dont think i could stick Patts as a full time resident.

I dont know if im old or not but i think pattaya makes everybody younger so i think thats why many people find something different in that place that you cant find in other countries, women are easy going and friendly and you are right maybe its not good getting too emotionally involved with a bar girl if you dont live in pattaya. I dont like the idea of been sponsor sending money, i met a thai girl in Bangkok very friendly a nice girl we party together and then we visited buddhist temples, she gave me her phone number, fb, contacts, line chat, whatsap we chat for more than 2 years and never ask me for money my friend. 😁🙏🏻🐍🤪😍🤩❤️🇹🇭👹 Also i met another one in pattaya same thing she never ask to send her money i still chat with her. So i think i have a different experienced than must men that visited thailand. I want to go back of course i love that place.

My first time in Thailand was actually in Pattaya for 5 days with my girlfriend. We went to soi 6 by accident and it change my life. I didnt do any naughty stuff but i observed the sorroundings ;) I was so eager for my second trip to Thailand but now it was Patong. I went all in, visited most of all massage shops and went to Bangkok and found out about blowjob bars. Well, that was heaven :) My third trip, I went back to Paton, visited massage shops and a couple of freelancers, had a great time! Traveled to Phi Phi and Krabi and found nauhty places there to. But my aim was Bangkok and Sukhumvit. Wood bar and Kasalong were my favourit places to go :) Now i hope will go on my forth trip in january and I will go all in Pattaya :) So yes, Pattaya changed my life :)

I think your "Only a 2% chance" a relationship with a bar girl will work should be 0.2% Thousands of 'loss' stories for only a few 'win' stories. Even with a genuine non-bar girl long distance relationship it usually fails.

My Post Pattaya Blues started when I woke up on the morning of the day I had to fly home. I woke up at 10am and was booked to fly out at 5pm that afternoon. When I got home I was already working out when I could get back to Pattaya ;) Sadly I have to wait until next Easter to get back :(

First visited late 80's, early 90's, early 2000's. Certainly had the place under my skin. My problem is getting too attached to the women ( there is always one who reels me in ). Can certainly understand western guys living there. You would need a certain mindset though to exist long term.

Accommodations, food and weather is very appealing, but listening to the behavior of the women sounds disgusting and I'm sure most are true. I would like to retire there for the Former reasons, but also hope to find a decent, honest lady to spend time with, "good luck with that I guess" thanks for the info.

I have to wonder if it's only in the "Happy Hours" in the bars that you can find happiness? I am a very light drinker, so the happy hour makes no difference to me at all, yet they all seem to be happy anyway all the time!

All the things you said about telling your friends are 100% true. It is especially true of ladies if they find out. You are then to them an abuser of women and I have heard worse things than that being said which didn't get a good response from myself. It's totally okay for older ladies to go to Jamaica or Turkey for their young boyfriends but for men to do similar things it's abuse. I am one who chose to not live a lie and tell people where I go on holiday but as you said there are some repercussions If you keep this to yourself and people find out where you are going there will be some sinister reason for you not telling people so you can't win. In the words of the young ones, I ain't being no SIMP. Going to Thailand isn't just about the ladies I have had some of the best nights out with Thai friends for a few drinks and dance. It has some of the most beautiful places in the world with scuba diving, and skydiving. off-road quad bikes, amazing food, sunny and so much more all with I believe in the friendliest country in the world.

My career was international, so I'd like to think I may have seen and experienced a bit more than most. I'll be visiting Pattaya in ten days for the first time (I've been to BKK previously). Only time will tell if it changes my life. I am planning to retire to Thailand within the year, though not Pattaya, but perhaps Na Jomtein. Appreciate your insights and advice!

If you have chosen Na Jomtien you must have done some homework, but good luck to you. It's a great place to spend the first part of your retirement, and I plan to do the same. I am not sure if it will be the best place for later retirement, but I guess it totally depends on health.

@MrGman2804 Also looking at Bang Saray, Rayong on the Eastside. Cha Am, Hua Hin, PKK on the west side. I'd like to be on the beach with relatively easy access to the GoT islands, quality health care, and air transport. Not interested in Phuket, expensive and crowded. Best of luck in your search.

Any man living in the feminist western countries will love Thailand because it is a country run by men. And even an average guy from the west is a higher level. And if you are a rich guy from the west you have many options for younger and more attractive women way better then what you see in the west and way better attitude. You could meet a nice Thai lady for the first time and spend the day with her and have great time. Thai women look for the good in people first. Which is almost the opposite of American women.
