Hi Tanesia..This honestly this helps me so much. I cannot tell you how many times I have bought patterns twice because I couldn't remember what I have. I love having all my patterns at the tip of my fingers. LOL. Thank for commenting

I really appreciate this video. I have heard about Trello, but have never seen or used it. Your video was very helpful. I really like that you can add notes and how you can have everything at your fingertips when you need or want it. Thank you for sharing.

I love love love this! And your timing is impeccable! I’ve been using Trello for about three years. But never thought about using it for my patterns! I was planning on re-organizing my patterns before the end of the year but was struggling with how to do it… You just gave me the greatest idea! Thank you so very much! Now it’s time to get down to work and it will be a lot because I’m pretty sure I have as much as you do! UUGGHH! I will let you know how it turns out! (And of course if I show this on my KZitem channel, I will definitely link it back to you!) Thanks again! 😍😘🤗

Thanks for sharing your system. I think I'm going to organize my pattern this way for 2021. I use the binder method, but this will be helpful for organizing Indie Patterns.

It really helps me. I love having all my patterns at the tip of my fingers. It took a while for me to build but to me it's worth it..I find I can scroll through my stash anywhere at any time...Screenshot items and all to keep options fresh in my mind.

I'm a totally new subscriber, like as of today, so I'm in awe - 500+ patterns! - why do you have so many? And how do you get them all entered to begin with, are they scanned, or do you get them from the pattern companies? I looked at the Trello site and noticed that it's intended more for project management, I like the way you adapted it to your organizing needs. I've recently been organizing my rubber stamps (over 500, so who am I to throw shade, right?) using Evernote. I wondered whether you tried Evernote and didn't find it useful?

Helllo,Hello KatheD. Thank you for subscribing. As to why I have so many patterns? I guess you can say I am a pattern Prepper! I likee to have what I need on hand and I buy on impulse as well, LOL. I also love to mix and match, hacking patterns so I like a little of this and a little of that. In regards to how I get the patterns entered..THE CHORE!!! I entered them individually, it took some time. I saved pics of the Pattern envelope, line drawings and sizing then uploaded them as attachments. For my sanity it was worth going through the process to know what I have on hand. I have never used Evernote , is it similar? You're the 2nd person I know with a serious stamp collection. LOL

The beginning would be the same, adding photos. After that you "tag" each entry with all the things you may want to search. I don't think it would link the envelope photo, sizing, and line drawings as well as Trello does for you, you'd probably have to name them in a way that keeps them together. The other drawback would be the upload limits in the free version.
