My family holds to the old ways. Examples set in stone by rock solid people. My Grandpa Riley and Granny Mary are among the most shinning of this one example. She was 40 when he died and 82 when she died. Still quite a lovely lady many gentlemen came calling on her in those 42 years. They never made it past the front porch and a cup of coffee. I come from a long line of love.

Michael Martin Murphy came to town and played with our orchestra. He was doing songs from a new album, but during the rehearsals, I begged him to do this song. He declined, but he was happy to hear how much I liked the song. At the time I didn't know that he didn't write it, and I was surprised and delighted to discover that Paul had written it. Great song!
