Playing Daley Thompson's Decathlon is among my most treasured memories as a kid, during rainy school holidays with all my mates crowding around the keyboard trying to beat each other's scores. Paul had a hand in some cracking games, great to hear these fantastic stories on Tea Break.

Ocean is the reason I love gaming, from Batman(movie) to Wizball. The Ocean logo makes me feel all warm and gooey, whenever I see it I always take time to check it out.

One of my favourite games of all time was The Addams Family on my Atari STe. I wrecked many a zipstick playing with that after school every day. Ocean's games were always so beautiful. The logo gives me a warm feeling of nostalgia like nothing else.

I live in Wigan. Arcade games manufacturer? Love to know where that was located. Am I right that Paul visited the arcades here? There being only two, he would've been in StarBurst or King Street arcade. SB was a upmarket one where KS was yer dark, seedy place full of white faced cade addicts. Spent my whole youth in both, happy days :)

Kong was my first ever game as a new Spectrum owner xmas '83. I still remember the '0 lives left' (and not 'Game Over') grating on me as a 9 year old. 'Buggy' Owens indeed!

I remember Ocean mostly from playing The Addams Family on the SNES as a kid. The music in that game is really really good :)

My favourite publisher of the 8-bit era (I had an Amstrad CPC). The SNES version of The Addams Family is my favourite SNES game, and my all-time favourite platformer. Also, each one of the Ocean Loader tunes on the C64 is amazing.

lol I still own a Tatung Einstein, actually it was the first ever computer I learnt to properly program on as its advantage was it had a disc drive because the ZX81 I had before it was very well we know that one!! LOL .. I actually wrote some machine code once on the first Einstein and locked all my disks .. oops !! but around 2013 I bought another Einstein of Ebay for £49.99 brand new boxed with disks and it even has the warranty and purchase receipt of £499.99! lol so loved that computer... unfortunately it's at my daughters flat in UK and I live in Asia but hoping to get all my old tech from there may have to freight it all back over here it wont be cheap!! lol hope shes not thrown them away in error a few Atari STs and the Einstein id be gutted if she done that ... very interesting .. I actually was at college with Stephen who was Jonathan Dunn's brother back in 1989 when Jonathan was working at Ocean Software back then ... I not spoke to Stephen in decades .LOL I actually if i remember in the late 1980s my father wrote an assembler to replace ZEAP then and we ported the version to the Einstein and it worked a charm as the Xtal MOS did not disassembly ..well only to HEX as a lot of programmers knew, I remember my father telling me what hex values to type in to the Einstein and save it to a disk as Z80.COM lol those where the days ...
