We're both professional triathletes and this week Paula is back to doing run workouts for the first time in almost a year! She's had a persistent ankle injury that has severely limited her mileage and completely limited her intensity on the run. The run workout was as follows: 20 minute warmup, 30 minute tempo, targeting 3:50/km, 20 minute cruise to finish. Paula went after a QOM here in Bend, Oregon, held by ex-professional runner Lauren Fleishman. Check it out to see if she got it
