Pavlova is a dessert based on meringue baked from egg white and sugar. Pavlova has a crispy crust on the outside but is soft and airy on the inside.
A simple, very quick, and fresh recipe.

Oven tray 34 x 42cm

- 270g egg white
- 270g of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 10g cornstarch
- 10ml vinegar or lemon juice
- 30g powdered sugar
🔥 160°C
⏰ 30 - 33 minutes
No ventilation.
CREAM
-------------
- 250g mascarpone (cold)
- 300g of cream for whipped cream (cold)
- 30g of sugar
- 125 raspberries
- 150g of diced strawberries
DECORATION
----------------------
- strawberries
- raspberry
- figs
- powdered sugar
