the fact i found u years ago (before i found out i had pcos) and here u are making pcos workout content. you have always been my favorite online workout instructor.. i’ve lost myself and gained a bunch a weight during the last 2 yrs. had a baby , ate what i wanted during pregnancy and now it’s hard going back.. i’m glad to have come across you again ❤ i remember the results your videos have given me before.. i’m starting again, today ! thank you so much Lucy , you’ve changed lives ❤️

Amazing, Lucy, I'm sweating loads and feel great! Doing your workouts over the last few years have made a massive difference to my health and wellbeing. I'm having a hysterectomy at the end of the week and I'm confident that thanks to you I'm in the best possible physical health for recovery (...would you consider doing a light workout for women who are wanting to get back into shape after their recovery?)
