Hi Tim! This was AWESOME !💯 I love all of these food choices too! My target weight is actually 125 lbs, so you took all the guess work out for me. Thanks buddy! Learnt about the P E diet from your videos and am very much impressed by this way of eating to lose weight. But the problem with me is that I only eat eggs, and no chicken or fish. How do I do this diet ?

Hi! I have a question for you! 😊 Some studys online suggest that protein also spikes insulin release at some degree, so is that a differend kind of insulin release and is that as dangerous as the one a high-carb food would cause? Also, I found some studys that heavily suggested that a high fat diet (such as the carnivore diet) would cause a thing called intramyocellular lipid that basically blocked insulin from working and therefore would cause insulin resistanse. Could you make a video with detail about these topics, ensuring thay eating a diet high in animal fat and protein is actually safe? My own comment: after I stopped eating seed oils and grains (except for rice) I do feel better, but even though I replaced these foods with more protein and animal fat, I still wonder what the best diet is and how to optimise my health even more. I'm afraid I'm doing the opposite so I'm looking for answers.

Are you still do IF? I wonder if I keep my macro right, does it matter if I eat 3 x (breakfast, lunch and dinner) instead of 2 meals a day? (No need to lose weight).

Hi Tim great recipes I'm going to use the prawn one tonight, can i ask you something regarding fat grams on the PE diet I'm 286 lbs. i put on 100lbs of fat and got diabetes type 2 so eating a lot of fat when I'm trying to lose 100lbs of fat seems weird to me, I've worked out all my macros and calories i need per day it's come up 180g protein,117g fat and 23g carbs amd approx 1800 cal per day , I'm 56 and my height is 5ft 10 my main goal for now is losing the fat, is 117g too high or should i half that amount or go to around 80g,,any info will be most appreciated,,I'm almost set up its just this fat ratio i need sorted

Hey Russ! Your ratio/macros looks great for now. I know it seems wrong to eat fat to lose fat, but it'll be very helpful. Something you might learn as you do all of this is that many animal protein sources contain a 1:1 ratio of protein to fat. This is very natural. So in the grand scheme of things, you're kind of under eating fat. Give this a shot though and if you need to course correct, you can always make changes. I'm very confident you'll see some fantastic results and I think you're going to be pretty happy!

This basically what I ate and knew nothing about this diet. I ate meat and greens with avocado's. Lost 60 lbs
